Websites built using text, images, html and widely used (mostly free) plugins. No programming (JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, AJAX, etc.) required. Customer can self-maintain their website or contract for various levels of support. Customer training is provided.

Experience

Ten years experience in website design and development, with five sites in production, including a website devoted to condominiums and Florida law. Developer has a Florida CAM license and served as property manager, board president, and treasurer.

Flexibility

Flexible customer-developer interface. Customer selects basic design and features from options list. Developer requests customer provide media from list of required photos and documents based on statute requirements and customer options.

Most design/development work is quoted at fixed price. Original developer code is warrantied. The end product (website) is licensed to and owned by the Customer.

Responsiveness

Minimal turnaround time for new website development, implementation of feature enhancements and bug fixes. Full-time service available for product and enhancement delivery.

Engagement Management

Project Life Cycle Management

Our five phases of customer interaction are:

Initiation – Obtain customer information, determine general requirements, and provide initial response.

Analysis & Design – Use customer information and general requirements to determine theme (template) and required features/functions. From this information build an initial website prototype.

Website Construction – Starting with the prototype, build the customer’s website based on agreed to requirements and specifications.

Acceptance Testing – Review and sign-off finished website.

Installation & Evaluation – Install and evaluate completed customer website and address any needed fine-tuning. Review documentation, provide usage training, and determine ongoing support.

Condominium Financial Projects Support
