Engagement Management

We use a structured life-cycle approach in working with and meeting the needs of our customers.

Our five phases of customer interaction are:

  1. Initiation – Obtain customer information, determine general requirements, and provide initial response.
  1. Analysis & Design – Use customer information and general requirements to determine theme (template) and required features/functions. From this information build an initial website prototype.
  1. Website Construction – Starting with the prototype, build the customer’s website based on agreed to requirements and specifications.
  1. Acceptance Testing – Review and sign-off finished website.
  1. Installation & Evaluation – Install and evaluate completed customer website and address any needed fine-tuning. Review documentation, provide usage training, and determine ongoing support.
