Our History

I believe that we are uniquely qualified to address your website design/development requirements due to the developer's diverse background and prior experiences. I've been in the technology industry since college graduation and have worked for several large manufacturing and financial companies as my accompanying resume shows. During my career I've made many contributions to the industry.

Post Retirement Contributions: and accomplishments. 

  • Licensed FL Community Association Manager (CAM) and did short stint as Jupiter Bay Association Property Manager.
  • Served on condominium association board for 10 years, including president and treasurer positions.
  • Developed and conducted board member and property manager training seminars for new members.
  • Authored the association's first and only financial policy.
  • Led development of the association's only strategic plan.
  • Chairman of committee who did a major rewrite/expansion of the association's rules & regulations.
  • Negotiated, and helped association attorneys develop lease for onsite restaurant.
  • Converted association to QuickBooks accounting system.
  • Prepared the association budget for 5-6 years using an invented automated budget generating system.
  • Developed association employee handbook, standard position descriptions, and employee performance appraisal system.
  • Designed & built 6 websites and currently maintain 5 of them.

Citibank Student Loan Contributions:

  • Technology Director (reporting to the President/COO) for the nation’s largest originator and second largest servicer of student loans. Led 100-member team.
  • Installed new student loan processing system (Diploma) with improved functionality (e.g., unlimited account backdating).
  • Led development of one of the first student loan websites (StudentLoan.com) for online application entry and credit checks.
  • Implemented Citi’s first Customer Service Rep (CSR) “screen pop system” for identifying and qualifying incoming customer service calls.
  • Member of Citi’s Information Technology Leadership Council, responsible for corporate technology direction.

Citibank Retail Bank Contributions:

  • Led project to convert all Citibank (NYS) NCR retail banking systems to new IBM computer systems. Systems included: customer banking, ACH/warehousing, collections, IRA reporting, debit card issuance, statement processing, general ledger, fixed assets, accounts payable, and year-end reporting.
  • Built two data centers (for Citi NYS & Student Loan Corp.)
  • Led project to develop Citi’s first check-imaging system. (Received President’s recognition award)

Westinghouse Electric Corporation Contributions:

  • Was responsible for corporate computer applications. Developed and installed manufacturing systems (bill of material processor, inventory control, material requirements planning, routing/rating, and purchasing) throughout the corporation.
  • Supported national labor contract negotiations (IBEW & AFL-CIO) through development and support of pricing simulation software used by the company’s chief negotiator.
  • Provided attorney-support software used for Westinghouse’s $2.0 billion Uranium contract litigation.
  • With “Secret” government clearance, developed computer programs for designing inter-compartment (stuffing tube) wiring for the Navy’s Polaris Submarine.
  • Member of several new plant task forces responsible for technology systems support.
  • Invented Decision Table Processor (TABTRAN) which converted decision tables to computer code. Usage included elevator controller programming.
  • Programmed first installation of computer-driven Morgentaler photo typesetter. Used for producing company’s replacement parts and pricing catalog,
  • Developed a data base management system (DABICS) implemented at 3 divisions. Used in support of manufacturing computer software.
  • Invented Variable Dimensioned Machine Programming software (VDAMP) to drive elevator panel punch press machine.

Industry Contributions

  • Featured speaker at Internal Data Corporation’s Fourth Annual Distributed Data Processing Conference (1981).
  • Member of the Business Advisory Council and a business practices curriculum instructor for Data Processing for the Disabled (1986 – 2000). Taught project management as part of a curriculum to develop computer programmers.
  • Created PC-based management development software for the Center for Creative Leadership, automating their management training program.
  • Presented “Effective Oral Presentations” at the Society for Technical Communication’s 29th annual seminar (1988).
  • Contributed to the development and standardizing of the COBAL programming language through participation in the international CODASYL COBOL Language Development Committee.
  • Published two magazine articles: Decision Tables (Computer Decisions Magazine) & Variable Machine Programming (Numerical Control Society).

Developer's Resume

  • Licensed Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) from May 2013 to present.
  • Served as President (4 yr.), Treasurer (3 yr.) and Director (1.5 yr.) of a self-managed multicondominium association complex containing 359 units within 14 buildings located on approximately 30 acres.
  • As association Treasurer, converted accounting records to QuickBooks, revamped the chart of accounts, developed financial policy and a common reserve schedule format, implemented monthly financial reporting, automated the annual budgeting process, and chaired Budget and Rules/Regulations Committees.
  • Served as interim Property Manager until the association could hire a permanent manager.
  • Designed, developed, and implemented the association’s first website, and served as Webmaster for 8+ years providing site maintenance and enhancement.
  • Developed and currently maintain three other websites:
  • Served as Technology Director for the nation's largest originator and second largest servicer of student loans.
  • Managed a $14 million, 100 employee department responsible for: mainframe, distributed, and Internet systems development/support; project management; remote computing services; data administration, and LAN administration.
  • Built large IBM data centers for a retail bank and a student loan servicer.
  • Built one of Citibank’s first websites (www.StudentLoan.com), which provided online loan application entry and instant credit checking.
  • Member of Citigroup’s information Technology Leadership Council (ITLC) that established corporate information technology strategy for the bank's world-wide IS operations.
  • Held senior technology management positions at TRW, United Technologies, and Westinghouse Electric Corporation.
  • Have BS Electrical Engineering degree from the Pennsylvania State University.
