Registration & Sign On

Here's a sample registration and sign on page demonstrating the ability to have multiple registrations for categories of association website users. This could include association members, renters, visitors, etc.

The page also provides a password reset function.

<span style="font-size: 32px">Owners Portal</span>
Owners Portal

The Owners Portal is the primary webpage for Association Members. Website users land on this page after logging in. It provides links to all primary functions that an owner may need, including:

1. Access to Newsletters & Bulletins.
2. Ability to access the Association with comments or to submit work orders.
3. Viewing a list of Association Members.
4. Ability to place a classified ad.
5. Accessing all required Association Documents. (See Documents webpage.)
6. Viewing calendar of Association events. (See Calendar webpages.)
7. Ability to make quarterly assessment payments.
8. Capability to review and update personal profile. (See Profile webpage.)
9. Respond to Association survey requests.

Profile Page

The Profile Page provides the registered website user the ability to update their personal profile, including all data required by the association. This data could include unit number, email address, phone number, home address, and whether the member agrees to receive official notices electronically.

The Profile Page also allows vehicle and pet registration information which can be emailed directly to the Association Office.

Documents Page

The Documents page is the primary way an Association addresses Florida Stature requirements. It contains links to all documents required by Statute 718.112(2)(f), including:

1. The Association's governing documents (declaration, bylaws, articles of incorporation, and rules).
2. All executed contracts including the past year's bids for materials, equipment, and services over $500.
3. The annual budget and any proposed budget.
4. The annual audited financial report and any income or expense statement to be considered at a board meeting.
5. The certification of each director.
6. All Association contracts, documents or transactions with any firm that a director or officer has a financial interest in or may cause a conflict of interest.
7. Notices of board and unit owner meetings, including agendas, meeting minutes and any documents required for a meeting.

A list of upcoming events, including descriptions, dates, times and contact information.

Events could include board or unit-owner meetings, physical/sports activities, parties/celebrations or other social activities.

A calendar showing scheduled events for the current month.

Events can be color-coded based on pre-defined categories.

Repetitive events only need to be defined once with frequency and start and end dates provided.

The Administrative Portal provides the Association's Property Manager access to most website functions needed for his/her daily activities. This could include:

1. Review and approval of website registrations.
2. Review, approval and aging of work orders.
3. Publication of newsletters and bulletins.
4. Scheduling, posting and updating of events.
5. Review and approval of owner-submitted classified ads.
